Warranty Policy

Version: [2608]

Effective Date: [2026.01.01]

1. Coverage

LTMATE GLOBAL INC. warrants to the original purchaser that the applicable ZACHVO commercial equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use.

The warranty period is twelve (12) months from the date of first installation, but in no event later than fifteen (15) months from the shipment date. Any model-specific warranty term stated in the accepted quotation or applicable model warranty schedule controls for that model.

This Policy applies only to the original purchaser and the original approved installation site. Relocation or transfer requires Supplier’s prior written approval for warranty coverage to continue.

2. Warranty Remedy

For an approved warranty claim, Supplier may, at its option:

(a) repair the affected Product;

(b) provide a replacement part;

(c) replace the affected Product; or

(d) refund the purchase price paid for the affected Product.

A replacement part or Product is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days after replacement, whichever is longer.

If Supplier elects to refund the purchase price, Customer must return the affected Product as directed by Supplier. The refund is limited to the purchase price paid for that Product, excluding taxes, freight, installation, and field-service charges, except as required by applicable law.

3. Warranty Service

Customer must contact Supplier through the designated support channel and provide reasonable proof of purchase, the Product model and serial number, installation date, and a description of the issue. Supplier may request photographs, videos, operating records, or other reasonable troubleshooting information.

No Product or part may be returned without Supplier’s prior authorization. For an approved warranty claim, Supplier will cover standard ground shipping for the replacement part or Product to Customer. Customer is responsible for return shipping to Supplier unless Supplier approves otherwise in writing.

Supplier will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to approved warranty requests. No guaranteed response time, repair completion date, uptime commitment, or loaner equipment is provided unless expressly stated in a separate written service agreement.

4. Customer Responsibilities and Exclusions

Customer is responsible for routine cleaning, sanitizing, maintenance, consumables, wear items, and suitable site utilities and operating conditions.

The warranty does not cover damage or costs caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification or service, improper installation, operation, cleaning or maintenance, unsuitable site conditions or utilities, non-approved parts or consumables, or normal wear and tear.

Customer is responsible for all permits, food or beverage handling requirements, workplace safety, consumer safety, and other compliance obligations applicable to Customer’s premises and operations.

5. Limitations

Supplier does not guarantee Customer’s sales, profits, customer acceptance, return on investment, or uninterrupted operation.

Supplier’s sole obligation and Customer’s exclusive remedy for a covered warranty claim are the remedies stated in Section 2. Supplier will not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, downtime, loss of use, or other commercial consequential damages. Supplier’s aggregate liability relating to the affected Product will not exceed the purchase price paid for that Product.

Nothing in this Policy limits any liability or right that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law.

6. Safety Notices and Recall

Customer will promptly notify Supplier of any material safety issue or governmental notice relating to the Product and will reasonably cooperate with Supplier in any safety correction, field action, or recall.

7. Warranty Registration and Policy Version

Warranty registration is recommended for service convenience but is not required for warranty coverage. Customer must retain reasonable proof of purchase and provide the Product model, serial number, and installation information when requesting service.

The version of this Policy identified in the applicable Order Form governs that order and will not be changed retroactively.
